Awards Committee

This committee is responsible for aiding the Academy in recognizing colleagues for their contributions to the profession in three areas: Teaching, Scholarship, and Service. Membership is open to all Academy members. Tasks include:

• Solicit, accept, and select nominees for Academy awards

• Provide feedback and suggestions related to criteria, procedures, or related issues to the Executive Committee

• Work with the Executive Committee to ensure certificates are prepared to be awarded at designated national meetings
